International Travel
Visa and Entry Requirements
VISA requirements differ depending on the country. Generally, travellers will need to obtain a tourist visa prior to entering the country. Depending on the country, nationalities may be exempt from the requirement or may be issued a visa on arrival. To determine if a visa is needed for travel to a certain country, travellers should contact the local embassy or consulate.
Visa and entry requirements for international travel vary greatly depending on the destination country. Generally, travellers need a valid passport (which should be valid at least for 6 months after the day of completion of their travel) as well as a visa or other relevant documents. It is important to research the entry requirements of your destination country before arrival and to obtain the correct visa or documents. Additionally, travellers may be required to show proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay in the country as well as proof of return or onward travel.
No Warranties
We cannot guarantee that fare prices won‘t change (even after you make the purchase and the ticket is issued). Prices are subject to change due to market and demand fluctuations, airline policies, and other factors. While we strive to provide the most up–to–date information, we cannot guarantee that fares will not change in the future.
It is important to note that we cannot control or guarantee fare prices until tickets are issued and paid to the airline, as they are ultimately determined by the airline. We do our best to keep up with changes in fare prices so you can make the most informed decisions when booking flights. However, please be aware that prices may change at any time and without notice.

your credit card for unused services. You agree to pay our $600 legal expenses if AirlineSavvy.com has to go to court to collect chargeback payments paid by AirlineSavvy.com and if AirlineSavvy.com is successful in its lawsuit.

Please Note that for the price match to be valid, the fare must be for the exact same flight, same date, same number of passengers, same cabin class, same payment method, and include any additional fees and taxes. We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the above criteria.
Booking Process
Your flight ticket will be delivered via email. The delivery time will vary depending on the airline you book with and the payment method you select. Most airlines offer multiple delivery options, including email or physical mail. Typically, tickets sent via email will arrive within 24 to 72 hours.
Travel Protection/Insurance
Travel Protection/insurance is a form of insurance specifically designed to provide coverage for financial losses due to unforeseen events that may occur while travelling. It can protect you from loss or damage to personal belongings, medical expenses, and trip cancellation or interruption. It can also provide coverage for emergency assistance and evacuation, legal assistance, and accidental death or dismemberment.
Travel Protection/insurance is a great way to protect yourself and your finances from the unexpected. It can help cover unplanned expenses that may arise, and it can provide peace of mind when travelling. The cost of travel protection insurance depends on the length of your trip, the type of coverage you choose, and the type of provider you select.
We urge you to purchase travel protection insurance to ensure that you are protected on your travels. It is an important investment that can help you in the event of an emergency, illness, theft, or another unexpected event.
Seats, Meals, Frequent Flyer Status, And Other Requests
Most airlines allow customers to select specific seats at the time of booking. Customers may also be able to request seats with more legroom, such as an aisle seat, or seats near a power outlet. Meals: Some airlines may offer special meals for customers with dietary restrictions. These meals must be requested in advance and may not be available on all flights. Many airlines offer frequent flyer programmes for their customers, which provide perks such as free flights and upgrades. Customers may be able to join a frequent flyer programme when booking a flight. Airlines may offer other services, such as wheelchair assistance, pet travel, unaccompanied minor services, and unaccompanied baggage services. Customers should contact the airline directly to request these services.
Baggage Policy and Fees
Most domestic airlines in the United States have a standard baggage policy that applies to all passengers. Each passenger is allowed to bring one carry–on bag and one personal item, such as a purse or laptop, on board. The size and weight of the carry–on bag must conform to the airline‘s regulations. Additionally, most airlines allow each passenger to check two bags with a combined weight of 50 pounds or less. Any bags over this weight limit may incur additional fees.
Most Airlines also offer additional checked bags for an additional fee. This fee varies by airline but can range from $30 to $100 per bag. Additionally, passengers may have to pay additional fees for overweight or oversized bags. These fees are typically charged on a per-pound or per-item basis. Some airlines also offer priority baggage services for an additional fee. This service allows passengers to have their checked baggage arrive at their destination before other passengers.
Resolution of Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation.
Cancellation and Exchange
Our policy on flight cancellations and exchanges is meant to give passengers the freedom to change their plans if they need to.
Cancellations:
Passengers may cancel their flight up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time without penalty, depending on the airline’s rules. Passengers who cancel their flight within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time will be charged a fee equal to the full cost of the ticket.
Airlines Schedule Changes/Flight Cancellations
Airlines provide a full refund to customers who were affected by a major schedule change or flight cancellation. In general, airlines do not offer compensation for schedule changes or flight cancellations due to events outside of their control, such as weather or mechanical issues. However, if the airline was responsible for the change or cancellation, they may offer a new option or a full refund in the case of a major schedule change of more than 8 hours.
If the airline is responsible for the schedule change or flight cancellation, they will notify customers as soon as possible. Airlines provide a full refund to customers who were affected by the schedule change or cancellation. Depending on the airline, this could include the price of the ticket, any taxes that apply, and/or other fees.
If the change or cancellation is not the airline’s fault, the customer may be able to get a refund or credit for the ticket.
Overbooking Of Flights
Airlines often overbook flights so that they can make as much money as possible. By overbooking flights, airlines can sell more tickets than the number of seats available on the plane. This practice allows airlines to fill their flights to capacity as there is a high likelihood that some passengers will not show up for their flights. If too many passengers show up for a flight, airlines will have to turn some away and offer them compensation in the form of travel vouchers or cash.
When a flight is overbooked, airlines usually contact passengers to see if they are willing to volunteer to be rebooked on another flight. Airlines will usually offer some type of compensation, such as a travel voucher, refund, or upgrade to a higher class of service, in exchange for the passenger‘s cooperation. If there are not enough volunteers to accommodate the overbooked flight, the airline may be forced to involuntarily deny boarding to a few passengers. This can be done based on the airline‘s boarding priority or by random selection.
Itinerary Re-Confirmation
Itinerary re-confirmation is the process of confirming the details of a previously booked itinerary. This often includes confirming flight times, dates, and other details of the trip. It is important and completely your responsibility to confirm itineraries prior to travelling to ensure that everything is in order and that there are no changes that could affect the trip. Reconfirming an itinerary can also help to avoid any problems that could arise due to last-minute changes, such as missing a flight.
We reserve the right to change these policies and guidelines at any time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policies and terms on this page. It is your responsibility to monitor this page for changes on a regular basis. Your continued use of the website after changes to these terms and conditions are posted indicates that you accept and agree to those same changes.
